My Network Registrations

Accenture corporate workstations connect to the network by default without registration.

All other devices in the office require registration in order to facilitate secure and dynamic connectivity. This site provides guidance to employees on the use cases and quick links to support device registration.

Registering Project Devices / IoT
In order to connect your project devices (which can include your corporate workstation) to a project network the device will need to be registered in the ServiceNow portal. This registration is used to provide dynamic access to the specific project network segment independent of the authentication method used.

Registering Employee Phones, Tablets, XR/VR Devices and Other devices
This registration site is used to provide a one-time registration process for an employee’s phone, tablet, XR/VR device, and other devices requiring Internet connectivity. This registration form can be used for employee or corporate owned devices. This site should not be used for employees' corporate workstations, project devices or office corporate devices.

Registering Guest Accounts
To create an account to connect guest devices to the wifi-guest network go to: https://registermyguest.accenture.com

For sites leveraging the TDS registration kiosks, guest wireless accounts are created automatically. Additionally, guest can self-register through a portal with Accenture sponsor approval. Guest credentials can be used to connect one or multiple guest devices to the guest network.

Registering Projects
In order to be able to assign a device to a specific project network, users need to be entitled to access the project segments/vlans. Project administrators can register their project segments and entitle users in the ServiceNow portal for project network entitlement (formerly known as Enhanced Seat Sharing or ESS).
